Motorola One Power Certified By The 3C Authority In China

The Motorola One Power’s announcement seems to be right around the corner as the device has just been certified in China. The device has been certified by the 3C Authority in China, and unfortunately, that listing does not give out a ton of info when it comes to the device, but it does confirm that the phone will support 5V/3A, 9V/2A, and 12V/1.5A fast charging. The Motorola One Power will support a maximum output of 18W, and based on the provided info, Qualcomm’s Quick Charge fast charging is definitely supported by the phone, which was to be expected as it will be fueled by one of Qualcomm’s processors. It is also worth noting that the device got certified under the “XT1942-1” model number, in case you were wondering.

Having said that, at the end of last month, we did share an exclusive render of the Motorola One Power, and that render confirmed that the device will sport a display notch up top, and that it will ship with a thin “chin” below the display, where the company’s branding will be located. Motorola’s logo will sit on the back of the phone, while the device will include a vertically aligned dual camera setup on the back. It is also worth noting that the Motorola One Power will ship with stock Android, as the device will be a part of Google’s Android One initiative. Now, in addition to the image we shared, the device also surfaced in a real-life shot, and two additional renders, while the device’s spec sheet was also mentioned in one of those leaks.

According to the rumored info, the Motorola One Power will be fueled by the Snapdragon 636 64-bit octa-core processor, which means this will be a mid-range smartphone, as expected. The device will include a 3,780mAh battery, which will not be removable, while the phone will also pack in 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. A fullHD+ display will also be a part of the package, though its size was not mentioned in the leaked info. 16-megapixel (f/1.8 aperture lens) and 5-megapixel (f/2.0 aperture lens) will be placed on the back of the Motorola One Power, while a single 16-megapixel camera (f/1.9 aperture lens) will sit on the phone’s front side.
