Voicera AI Automatically Highlights Important Meeting Items

Voicera has developed a new AI assistant called Enterprise Voice AI or Eva for short, that allows companies to track meetings and automatically highlight important content and insights. The tech firm’s artificial intelligence program, the Voicera AI, powers the virtual assistant, and the AI software is designed to mimic the way humans focus, allowing it to identify valuable content from meetings that can later be shared. The program also utilizes voice recognition technology to take notes during conference calls, does not require any special hardware, and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store in the form of an Android app. While Eva can perform its task unattended, meeting participants may instruct Eva to highlight a specific item by utilizing voice commands such as “Okay Eva, Action Item” or via the solution’s dedicated mobile app. Moreover, since the assistant is compatible with a wide variety of meeting platforms, users can instruct Eva to take notes during conference calls and individual conversations.

Aside from highlighting items during meetings, Voicera’s AI assistant can also remind participants about a scheduled conference call by sending an email before any upcoming event. Eva also saves both event recordings and transcripts. Furthermore, people can access and review transcripts and recordings, and edit meeting highlights through Eva’s online dashboard. The highlights, transcripts, and recordings can be distributed not only to meeting participants but also to other collaborators who were not part of related gatherings. These notes can be shared not only via email but also through popular collaboration platforms like Salesforce and Slack. Eva can also brief users and create personal notes even if the assistant was not invited to the meeting.

Voicera says its enterprise AI is already integrated into Google’s G Suite, Microsoft’s Office 365, and Bluejeans, and it will be soon be compatible with project management application Trello. Interested users may choose the free tier of the service or decide between two paid options which cost $9.99 and $19.99 per month and come with different benefits.
