Verizon has opened pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and it is offering a Buy One, Get One Free promotion on the device. This means that you can purchase a Galaxy Note 9 and get a second one for free – over 24 monthly bill credits. Now if you don’t want a second Galaxy Note 9 for free, you can instead opt to pick up a Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus instead – the “free” phone needs to be cheaper than the Galaxy Note 9, which is why the Galaxy S9 would be the free one. Verizon is also still honoring the Samsung promotions on the Galaxy Note 9, which includes the AKG noise cancelling headphones or the Fornite bundle, or you can get both for $99.
The Galaxy Note 9 is a great smartphone to pick up, and while it is priced at $999, it is actually worth it. You’re getting a 6.4-inch display, which is a Super AMOLED display – making it the best one on a smartphone currently. There is also a Snapdragon 845 chipset under-the-hood here, with 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Samsung does offer a 512GB model here, which will cost you $250 more. Samsung has kept the micro SD card slot here, so you can still expand storage, should you need some more storage here. There is also a fairly large battery inside, rated at 4000mAh capacity, that should keep the Galaxy Note 9 charged all-day long and then some.
In order to take advantage of this BOGO deal, you will need to pre-order the Galaxy Note 9 by August 23 – it will ship by August 24. You also need to purchase it on Verizon’s installment plan. This is how you’ll get the “free” phone in this promotion, as Verizon will credit you bill each month with the $41.66 that your second smartphone would normally cost. The Galaxy Note 9 is priced at $41.66 per month for 24 months. You can pre-order your Galaxy Note 9 from Verizon by hitting the link below.
