The alleged Motorola Moto G7 had leaked quite recently, and now a YouTube channel called ‘Waqar Khan’ has released rumor-based renders of the Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus. First and foremost, it is worth noting that the Moto G7 arrived back in April, so the Moto G7 probably will not launch that soon, and we did not see that many leaks of the device, but that did not stop the source from releasing these rumor-based renders.
If you take a look at the video or the gallery down below, you will be able to check out those images for yourself. The Moto G7 Plus that is pictured here does resemble the device that surfaced last month, and the Moto G7 more or less looks identical to it, the only difference comes to the size of the two phones, as the Moto G7 Plus is the larger of the two. Now, the source envisioned smartphones made out of metal and glass, and both of these phones do sport a display notch, a rather small one, though. This display notch is referred to as ‘waterdrop notch’, and OPPO already included it on some of its devices, the OPPO R17, and R17 Pro. The OnePlus 6T is also expected to sport such a display notch, and a number of other phones this year. Having said that, inside of that display notch, you will notice a front-facing camera, and an earpiece which is located above the camera.
The display on the Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus renders sports rounded corners, while a rather thin chin is included below the display. All the physical keys sit on the right-hand side of the Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus, while both devices sports two cameras on the back, and those cameras are horizontally aligned. Motorola’s logo is included on the back of both devices, and it actually doubles as a fingerprint scanner. Specs of the Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus are a total mystery at the moment, which is not surprising as neither of those phones is expected to arrive before Q2 next year.
