OnePlus 7 Pro's Curved Front Panel Leaks Online

The OnePlus 7 series launch is right around the corner, and the OnePlus 7 Pro’s front panel has just appeared. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you will be able to find two images, and in each of them, you’ll notice two identical front panels. Those front panels belong to the OnePlus 7 Pro, at least according to Ice Universe, a tipster who shared those images via Twitter.

The OnePlus 7 Pro will become official on May 14, along with the OnePlus 7, and quite probably the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. These front panels only confirm what we already knew, that the phone will sport really thin bezels without a display notch or a hole. These front panels also suggest that the OnePlus 7 Pro will sport a curved display, as rumors and leaks suggested several times thus far.

It seems like the bottom bezel will be a hair thinner than the rest of the OnePlus 7 Pro’s bezels. The OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G are actually rumored to be identical in terms of the design and specs, aside from the Qualcomm X50 model which will be included in the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G in order to enable 5G connectivity. That essentially means that these front panels will be the same for the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G as well.

The OnePlus 7 Pro will be made out of metal and glass, while it will ship with three vertically-aligned cameras on the back. If you’re wondering where will its front-facing camera be located, well, the device will include a pop-up camera. The phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 855 64-bit octa-core processor, same as the other two OnePlus 7 devices.

This handset is said to ship with a 6.67-inch QHD+ curved OLED display, which already got praised by DisplayMate, though without all the necessary info, as the phone has not been released just yet. The OnePlus 7 Pro is rumored to arrive in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, while its 5G counterpart will probably boast 12GB of RAM, though those are only rumors at the moment.

Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed on all OnePlus 7 devices, and the company’s OxygenOS skin will be included on top of it. The regular OnePlus 7 variant is still a mystery, to a degree. A leak that surfaced a while back suggested that it will look extremely similar to the OnePlus 6T, and include the same teardrop notch, plus the same display. Well, the phone seemingly appeared in a music video yesterday, and that appearance suggests that the OnePlus 7 may be more similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro than we think.

In the aforementioned video, a person took the smaller OnePlus 7 out of a pocket, and the next frame showed that very same person playing around with the phone without a display notch, a phone which looks like the OnePlus 7 Pro from the front, but doesn’t have a curved display, at least it looked like that in the video. This basically suggests that the OnePlus 7 will look like the OnePlus 7 Pro at last, at least to a degree… we’ll have to wait for OnePlus to announce it to be sure, though, as conflicting information keeps on popping up.
