OUKITEL had recently compared the design and spec sheets of the OUKITEL Y4800 and Redmi Note 7 Pro, as the two phones are quite similar in many ways. Now the company even released a video on YouTube in which it compares the two devices.

The two devices actually look extremely similar, they both have a waterdrop display notch, and a “chin” below the display, while they both include a capacitive fingerprint scanner on the back. The placement of their rear-facing cameras is also similar, as they both include two cameras on the back, which are vertically aligned, and placed in the top-left corner.
You will find a 6.3-inch display on both of these devices, and they both include fullHD+ panels with the same display aspect ratio. The OUKITEL Y4800 actually offers two nano SIM card slots and a separate slot for expanding the phone’s storage, while the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a hybrid setup.
Both phones include 48 and 5-megapixel cameras on the back, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both devices also come with a fairly large battery, a 4,000mAh unit. The OUKITEL Y4800 does not have a Type-C USB port, unlike the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
In addition to comparing these two phones, the company also announced some new information regarding the OUKITEL Y4800’s availability. OUKITEL says that the OUKITEL Y4800 will become available for pre-order starting on July 22, and you will be able to pre-order it from Banggood.
The phone will cost $199.99 when it becomes available for pre-order, and that is a discounted price tag, as the phone’s regular retail price tag will be higher than that. In addition to that discount, OUKITEL will also include some gifts with the phone. You will get a ring holder, Xiaomi Mi Band 4 (limited), and so on.
