Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Lite & Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition Leak In Renders

Following the Huawei Mate 30 Pro design reveal earlier today, Evan Blass has just shared the rest of the Huawei Mate 30 series. This tipster, also known as @evleaks, shared renders of the Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Lite, and Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition.

He did that via his official Twitter page. These Mate 30 series renders were posted in the comment section of the original Huawei Mate 30 Pro render. Two images of the Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition got shared, in addition to a single image from the other two phones.

Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition

Let’s start with the Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition, shall we. This phone will also feature a curved display, though the design of its back side will be different to the Mate 30 Pro.

Before we get to that, let’s just say that this device will also include a display notch. It will ship with three cameras in there, just like the Mate 30 Pro. So, it seems like its front side will be identical to the Mate 30 Pro.

The back is a completely different story, though. As it will look completely different in comparison to the Huawei Mate 30. The phone will still include four cameras back there, but not in a circular camera setup.

Those four cameras will be a part of a vertical strip which will go from the top to the bottom of the phone. Almost all the way, actually. The back side will be curved, but most of it will not be covered in glass.

As you can see in the provided images, the Mate 30 Pro RS Porsche Edition will sport leather on the back. The phone will ship in black and red colors, at least those two colors were shared by Evan Blass.

Huawei Mate 30

Moving on to the Huawei Mate 30. The Mate 30 will sport a smaller notch than the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. It will include two cameras in there, but that notch will still be larger than waterdrop display notches.

The phone’s bezels will be thin overall, while the display will include rounded corners. The phone will also feature rounded corners, by the way.

All of its physical keys will sit on the right. Including the volume up, volume down, and power / lock buttons. It seems like those buttons will be in the same color as the phone’s frame.

Unfortunately, we don’t get to see the back side of this smartphone. It is possible that the Mate 30 will include less cameras on the back than the Mate 30 Pro, we’re expecting three of them.

Huawei Mate 30 Lite

The Huawei Mate 30 Lite will include the least annoying display annoyance in the Mate 30 series. It will ship with a display camera hole, which will sit in the top-left corner of the display.

That display camera hole will be rather small, at least based on these renders. It’s quite odd that the cheapest member of the Mate 30 series will have the best-looking front side.

The device will include four cameras on the back, it seems, but those cameras will be different from the Mate 30 Pro’s setup. Huawei’s logo is present on the back as well, while the back side is curved.

All of these phones are expected to arrive on September 19 in Berlin. The Huawei Mate 30 Lite may not, it may arrive before or after that date, but the rest of them will for sure.
