The alleged Huawei Mate 30 Pro spec sheet has just surfaced. Unlike previous times, we did not get bits and pieces this time around, as the phone’s detailed spec sheet appeared.
This information comes from “Teme”, a tipster, who published this information on Twitter. He published the Huawei Mate 30 Pro spec sheet in the form of an image.
It will feature a fullHD+ display, not a QHD+ one?
According to this information, the phone’s display will measure between 6.6 and 6.8 inches. It seems like he’s still not sure when it comes to that. He does note that it will be a fullHD+ (2400 x 1176) display, though.
That will be a “Waterfall Display”, and an AMOLED one. He says that its refresh rate is still unknown, but Huawei may include a 90Hz display this time around, we’ll see. This display’s resolution may surprise some of you, as the Mate 20 Pro included a QHD+ panel. Well, we find that odd as well, not for the Mate 30, but the Mate 30 Pro is expected to feature a QHD+ panel. So take this info with a grain of salt.
40W wired fast charging & 27W wireless charging
A 4,500mAh battery will be included, claims the source. You will be able to recharge that battery using Huawei’s 40W SuperCharge fast charging. In addition to that, 27W SuperWirelessCharge will also be supported.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro will also feature an under-display earpiece, along with a bottom-firing speaker. That means that we won’t be getting stereo speakers on the phone, and that’s quite disappointing.
The phone will be fueled by the Kirin 990 64-bit octa-core processor, Huawei’s brand new flagship SoC. The device will include 8GB of RAM, says the source, along with 512GB of storage. More than one variant is a possibility, though.
Four rear cameras will be included
The source lists four rear-facing cameras for this phone. It claims that the phone will include two 40-megapixel units. The main 40-megapixel camera will sport Sony’s IMX600 sensor with an f/1.6 aperture. OIS will be supported on this sensor, by the way, and it will come with a 27mm lens.
The second 40-megapixel camera will come with a wide-angle lens, an 18mm one. The third camera will be an 8-megapixel one, and this will be a telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture. OIS will be supported on this camera, and 3x optical zoom will be a possibility.
The phone will also include a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor, notes the source. Xenon flash will be included on the back as well, while a 32-megapixel camera will sit on the front. In addition to that selfie shooter, a second camera will be included, an ultrawide one. A ToF sensor will be included on the front as well, claims the source.
Huawei will include Huawei Face ID 2.0 on this phone. The phone will unlock even faster after scanning your face. The device will also be able to measure your heart rate and breathing rate, claims Teme. An in-display fingerprint scanner will be a part of the package yet again, an optical one.
Android 10 will come pre-installed on the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, along with Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 10. Do note that it will not ship with Google apps / services out of the box, but Huawei will probably provide you a way to amend that. There you go, this is the leaked Huawei Mate 30 Pro spec sheet. Take this info with a grain of salt, as we’re not sure how accurate any of this is.
