The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A51 has just been revealed. OnLeaks has partnered up with PriceBaba once again, and this time around they’ve shared the Galaxy A51 renders, along with some additional info. These renders appeared in both images and video.
This handset belongs in the company’s ‘Galaxy A’ series of devices, and will be a mid-range offering. As you can see, it will be made out of metal and glass, and sport really thin bezels.
The phone will also include a rather odd-looking back, thanks to its camera setup. Let’s tackle this one step at a time, though, and talk about the phone’s front side first.
As you can see, this phone’s bezels will be extremely thin. The bottom bezel may be a hair thinner than the rest, but that is barely noticeable here. The phone’s display will feature rounded corners.
A display camera hole will be present here, and it will be centered at the top of the phone’s display. The display on this phone will be flat, which is obvious from these renders.
The volume up, and down buttons are located on the right-hand side of the device. The same can be said for the power / lock key, as it’s placed below the volume up and down buttons.
The Galaxy A51 includes an L-shaped quad camera setup
On the back, you’ll be able to notice an odd-looking camera setup. This is an L-shaped camera setup, which includes four cameras. Three of them are vertically-aligned, while the fourth one is moved to the side. Above that fourth camera, you’ll notice an LED flash.
The whole rear camera module is placed in the top-left corner of the phone’s back. The back side of this device is curved, by the way, and it seems like the phone will be slippery.
The source claims that this phone will include a 6.5-inch display. The device will measure 158.4 x 73.7 x 7.9mm, 8.5mm if you count in the camera bump, though.
We’re assuming that an in-display fingerprint scanner will be included in the package. The source did not confirm that, but a fingerprint scanner is not visible on the device, so… we can expect an in-display one.
Audio jack, 4,000mAh battery & Exynos 9611
The SIM card slot sits on the left-hand side of this phone, while a Type-C port is placed on the bottom. A 3.5mm headphone jack is also included in this package, it’s placed on the bottom of the phone as well.
This phone is rumored to include a 4,000mAh battery, and Android 10 out of the box. A 48-megapixel main camera had also been mentioned, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The phone is expected to be fueled by the Exynos 9611 SoC, and it will include at least 4GB of RAM.
