The OPPO Find X2 is the company’s upcoming smartphone, and according to newly-surfaced info, the phone will be able to fully charge in only 35 minutes.
You’ll be able to fully charge the OPPO Find X2 in only 35 minutes
This information comes from a well-known tipster, Ice Universe. He claims that the phone will come equipped with OPPO’s 65W SuperVOOC charge which will allow it to fully charge (0-100-percent) in only 35 minutes.
Those are some crazy fast charging times, even compared to the competition, which offers really fast charging as it is. It is even more impressive when you realize that the OPPO Find X2 will have a large battery on the inside, with a capacity of around 4,000mAh.
That’s not the only information that Ice Universe shared, though. He also mentioned that the OPPO Find X2 will include a WQHD+ 120Hz display.
This will bring the phone up to par with the OnePlus 8 Pro and Galaxy S20 in terms of the display. We’re still not sure if you’ll be able to use 120Hz refresh rate at WQHD+ resolution, though.
Knowing OPPO, that option will be enabled. That’s an advantage this phone will have over the Galaxy S20, in a way. Various rumors said that you won’t be able to use 120Hz refresh rate at WQHD+ resolution on the Galaxy S20.
The phone will limit you to fullHD+ if you want to use 120Hz refresh rate, as it will automatically switch its resolution. That has not been confirmed just yet, so keep that in mind.
Based on how many sources reported it, though, chances are it’s true. Samsung is probably doing that in order to save battery life. Such high resolution in combination with such high refresh rate are probably draining the battery quickly.
The device will not include an under-display camera
OPPO’s VP confirmed earlier this month that the Find X2 will not utilize an under-display camera. The technology is still not where it’s supposed to be it seems, which is a shame. We’re hoping to see this tech in a phone later this year, though.
The OPPO Find X2 will be fueled by the latest Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 865. We’re not sure if the device will arrive in a 5G version only or not, but chances are both 4G and 5G options will be available.
The device is expected to pack in a lot of RAM and storage, while it will probably be made out of metal and glass. The OPPO Find X2 is also expected to offer a powerful camera setup as well.
Android 10 will come pre-installed on this device, almost certainly. On top of it, you’ll get OPPO’s custom Android skin, of course.
