There’s been plenty of leaks so far, regarding the Galaxy S20, but now we’ve got most of the specs for all three models. Leaving virtually no questions unanswered at this point.

Everyone gets high-refresh rate
All three smartphones will be getting high-refresh rate displays, at 120Hz. They also all sport the same 3200×1440 resolution at a 20:9 aspect ratio. These are Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED displays.
The Galaxy S20 will have a 6.2-inch display, Galaxy S20+ gets a 6.7-inch display and the Galaxy S20 Ultra gets a massive 6.9-inch display.
The Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ will also come with 128GB of storage. The Galaxy S20 Ultra also gets 128GB, as well as a 512GB option. All three do support a micro SD card slot. Which is a bit surprising, considering only the Galaxy Note 10+ had one last year (Galaxy Note 10 was the only Samsung smartphone last year without one).
Exynos 990 powering the 5G Galaxy S20’s
This will come as no surprise, but the Exynos 990 is going to be powering the Galaxy S20 series. This is a 7nm chipset, which is going to be great on battery life, as well as performance. And most of all, it has 5G support.
It is still very likely that in the US (and a few other markets) that Samsung will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. Which does also have support for 5G.
The Galaxy S20 will be powered by a pretty modest 4000mAh capacity battery. The Galaxy S20+ jumps up to 4500mAh and the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have a massive 5000mAh capacity battery.
All three will be IP68, and run Android 10 and One UI 2.0 out of the box.
The camera specs were detailed earlier today, but now we get to see them side-by-side. Galaxy S20 and S20+ will sport a 10-megapixel front-facing sensor, while the Galaxy S20 Ultra gets a 40-megapixel shooter.
On the backside, the Galaxy S20 sports a 12-megapixel main sensor, 64-megapixel telephoto and a 12-megapixel ultrawide. The Galaxy S20+ has the same setup, but adds a ToF sensor to the back. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is a bit different. With a 108-megapixel main sensor, 48-megapixel telephoto, a 12-megapixel ultrawide and a ToF sensor on the back.
And that’s about it for the specs. There’s not many surprises here, but it is appearing that the Galaxy S20 Ultra is going to be an absolute monster of a smartphone.
