Ulefone Armor X7 Battery Drain Test Shows Impressive Results

Ulefone has decided to submit its Armor X7 smartphone to a battery drain test. The company filmed the whole procedure, and the video got published on YouTube. It is embedded below the article.

The Ulefone Armor X7, for those of you who don’t know, is one of the company’s rugged phones. The Armor X7 actually did really great in Ulefone’s battery drain test.

The Ulefone Armor X7 handled the battery drain test like a champ

As you can see in the video, after 30 minutes of music playback, it consumed 2-percent of the battery. Do note that the display was on, as was for all other tests that the company performed.

After 30 minutes of movie playback, another 3-percent got drained, so the phone sits at 95-percent of battery at that time. That was followed by 30 minutes of online gaming, which took another 4-percent off the count.

The company claims that, based on these results, the phone can work for about 17 hours on a full charge. Taking into account that an average user uses its smartphone for 5 hours a day (screen on time), the phone can last quite a bit of time, even three days for some.

Just to be clear, the Ulefone Armor X7 is a budget smartphone. This device does support 4G, though, and it comes with an NFC chip. The phone also includes a fingerprint scanner, and supports facial scanning as well.

The phone features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720) IPS display, along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. You can expand that storage via a microSD card, though, up to 128GB.

The phone is fueled by the MediaTek Helio A20 quad-core processor. A 13-megapixel camera sits on the back of this phone, while a 5-megapixel camera is included on the front.

The phone includes a 4,000mAh battery with 5W wired charging

A 4,000mAh battery is included inside of this phone as well, and the device supports 5W wired charging. In addition to supporting 4G connectivity, it also supports VoLTE HD calling.

A 3.5mm headphone jack is also included on this phone, while you will also find two SIM card slots. We’re looking at two nano SIM card slots here.

The phone even has a notification LED light. That is a feature that many high-end and mid-range phones have omitted in the last year or so.

The Ulefone Armor X7 supports Bluetooth 5.0, and Google Pay as well. Android 10 comes pre-installed on this device. It’s a really light version of Android as well. If you’re interested in the Ulefone Armor X7, you can get one from AliExpress for $84.99, as it’s on sale now.
