Ulefone has announced that the Note 7 handset is now available in a new color variant, Midnight Green. The company has decided to announce this new color variant to keep the lineup “fresh”.
Midnight Green Ulefone Note 7 comes in two variants
The Ulefone Note 7 in Midnight Green color comes in two variants. The more affordable option comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The more expensive variant includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and is actually called the Note 7P.
So, just to be clear, the 2GB RAM variant of the phone is called ‘Note 7’, while the 3GB RAM model comes with the ‘Note 7P’ branding.
The Ulefone Note 7, for those of you who don’t know, is a budget smartphone. Despite that fact, however, the phone looks really nice. It comes with rather thin bezels, and a waterdrop display notch.
The phone is made out of polycarbonate (plastic), while it includes three cameras on the back. It also comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. The phone does support facial scanning, as it uses its front-facing camera for that purpose.
The Ulefone Note 7 features a 6.1-inch HD (1280 x 600) display, and it is fueled by the MediaTek MT6580 quad-core SoC. Do note that a variant with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage is also available, but not in a Midnight Green color option.
The device includes a 3,500mAh battery, and three rear cameras
The device includes a 3,500mAh battery, which supports 5W wired charging. On the back of this phone, you’ll find an 8-megapixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture), and two 2-megapixel secondary cameras.
A single 5-megapixel camera sits on the front side of this smartphone. The phone does offer two SIM card slots, by the way. Do note that the Ulefone Note 7 Midnight Green offers 3G connectivity, while the Note 7P offers 4G connectivity. That is one major difference between the two models.
Android Go comes pre-installed on the device, which should enable this phone to perform really well, as the software will not keep it back. Android Go, as most of you know, is made for budget smartphones.
The Ulefone Note 7 comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, and it includes a micro USB port on the bottom. The device also offers storage expansion via a separate microSD port.
