The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 has leaked yet again, and this is the best look at it yet. In fact, this is by far the best look at the watch up until now. This leak comes from @evleaks, and shows the watch from two sides.
As you can see, both its front and back sides are shown here. This image confirms that the watch will be made out of metal, probably stainless steel. It also confirms that it will feature two physical buttons on the right.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will feature a physical rotating bezel
On top of that, the watch will include a rotating bezel, a physical rotating bezel. Samsung decided not to go the Galaxy Watch Active 2 route here, with a digital rotating bezel.
A heart rate sensor is included o the back of this watch, and we’re looking at a 45mm variant here. Samsung will, of course, introduce more than one variant of the watch.
We’re guessing that one or two additional models are coming. We don’t really want to guess how large they’ll be, but they’ll be smaller than this one, that’s for sure.
The watch also includes a leather band, at least this variant does. That strap comes with a buckle made out of metal, the same as the watch’s body. That strap also offers a quick-release mechanism for easy removal, as expected.
Now, some information regarding this watch did leak recently. A leak suggested that the company will release two variants of the Galaxy Watch 3.
One of those variants is supposed to feature a 1.2-inch display, while the other one is supposed to include a 1.4-inch one. This is the 1.4-inch variant in that context, by the way.
The watch will offer 4G LTE connectivity, and support GPS
The watch is expected to include 8GB of internal storage, and come with a SIM card slot. It will support 4G LTE connectivity, and also include a GPS chip on the inside.
The watch will be water and dust resistant, while it will probably also offer MIL-STD-810G certification for ruggedness. This particular model will probably include a 340mAh battery, while the smaller one will pack in a 247mAh unit.
The watch is also expected to include 1GB of RAM, and a range of fitness features. All in all, the watch does look quite appealing, that’s hard to deny.
We’re not sure what the price of this thing will be, at least not yet, but the watch is expected to arrive next month. Samsung still did not share the launch date, so we’ll have to wait and see. It is possible that it will launch alongside the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+, though. We don’t know the date for that event either.
