The Ulefone Armor 8 is now available to pre-order at only $139.99. This smartphone actually has a lot to offer at that price tag, that’s for sure. It’s really difficult to find a relatively good smartphone at that price tag.

The Ulefone Armor 8 is a rugged phone, first and foremost. So you’re getting a phone that will not break easily, and can handle some abuse without a problem. The device does look like a rugged device, but that’s not exactly a problem.
It looks really nice, and it has a waterdrop display notch. Its bezels are not that thick for a rugged phone, while you’ll also notice three cameras on its back. The phone is reinforced all around, for better protection.
It is IP68/IP69K certified for water and dust resistance, by the way. Ulefone included the Helio P60 64-bit octa-core processor by MediaTek in this phone. That is a really solid chip, actually, even though it’s a bit older.
The device features a 6.1-inch HD+ (1560 x 720) display. In addition to that, it includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. You can expand that storage via a microSD card up to 256GB.
The phone includes a 16-megapixel main camera on the back. Along with that, you’ll find a 5-megapixel macro camera back there, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. An 8-megapixel front-facing camera is also included.
A 5,580mAh battery sits inside of this smartphone, and it’s not removable. That is a really large battery for pretty much every phone, and especially the Armor 8. This phone’s HD+ resolution, and power-efficient SoC guarantee really good battery life.
The device does support fast charging for its large battery
Speaking of which, that battery supports fast charging. It supports 15W fast wired charging, in case you were wondering. The phone also supports facial scanning, and comes with a fingerprint scanner as well.
It supports two SIM card slots, and 4G LTE connectivity. 5G is not included here, though that was to be expected. You’ll also get NFC support here, while Android 10 comes pre-installed.
A 3.5mm headphone jack is included on this phone’s body, as is an LED notification light. A Type-C USB port sits at the bottom of the phone.
