The Motorola Razr 5G will become available for purchase in Europe in less than a week. This information comes from Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster. He said that the phone is launching in Europe on September 14.
That is in only four days, at this point. Do note that we still do not know when will it launch in the US, at least not exactly. The official information says it’s coming “this fall”, nothing more than that.
It is good to hear that it won’t be a Verizon exclusive this time around, though. The Motorola Razr 5G will be available from Amazon, Best Buy, B&H Photo, and Motorola directly. It will cost $1,399, unlocked.
The Motorola Razr 5G will become available in Europe on September 14, but we still don’t know its price tag
Before it comes to the US, the phone will become available in Europe. We still do not know its European price tag, but it’ll probably be around €1,399.
Motorola still did not release any official information regarding the phone’s availability in Europe, nor its price tag. So, take this information with a grain of salt, as per usual. Roland Quand is extremely accurate with the information he shares, though.
The Motorola Razr 5G was announced yesterday. The phone is exactly what we expected, as not only its design leaked, but its specifications, in great detail. That being said, this phone does resemble its predecessor in terms of the design.
Motorola made a number of improvements, though, so this phone should be considerably more durable. The device features an improved hinge, and it is still reminiscent of the original Motorola Razr.
The phone offers a much more powerful SoC, and various other improvements
The Snapdragon 765G 64-bit octa-core SoC fuels this phone, and it’s a considerable improvement over the Motorola Razr’s processor. The phone also comes with two OLED displays.
The one on the outside is a 6.2-inch pOLED panel, while the one on the outside is a 2.7-inch gOLED display.
The phone includes 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of storage. Android 10 comes pre-installed, and a 2,800mAh battery is also included. That battery supports 15W wired charging.
A regular nano SIM card slot is paired with an eSIM card here. The phone is water repellent, and it sports a 48-megapixel main camera. A 20-megapixel front-facing camera is also included.
It is worth noting that this phone will also become available in Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, in selected countries.
