In addition to announcing two flagship-grade devices today, Xiaomi also announced one budget phone. That device is called the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, and we’re here to talk about it. You can read more about the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro by clicking here.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is a budget phone, but it brings a lot of bang for your buck. The phone features a 6.67-inch fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) DotDisplay. This is an LCD panel with HDR10 support, and it’s flat. It’s protected by the Gorilla Glass 5, by the way. That same glass is applied to the back of the phone.
What is interesting here, is the fact that the phone’s frame is made out of plastic, not glass. Unlike its siblings, the device includes a centered display camera hole, and its rear cameras are also centered.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite is powered by Qualcomm’s brand new 5G processor
Side-facing fingerprint scanner is included here as well, and the same goes for face scanning. The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 750G 64-bit octa-core SoC. This is Qualcomm’s brand new chip.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite comes in two 6GB RAM variants. The more affordable one comes with 64GB of storage, while a 128GB storage model is also available.
A 4,820mAh battery is a part of this package as well. The phone also comes with 33W fast charging, like the other two Mi 10T phones. A 33W charger is included in the box, by the way.
Four cameras are included on its back
This handset actually has four cameras on the back. A 64-megapixel main camera (f/1.89 aperture, 6P lens, 79.8-degree FoV, 1.6um 4-in-1 Super Pixel) is backed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera (120-degree FoV, f/2.2 aperture).
A 2-megapixel macro camera (f/2.2 aperture, FF 4cm) is also included, along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor (f/2.4 aperture). A 16-megapixel camera (f/2.45 aperture, 82.2-degree FoV) sits on the front.
This handset also supports 5G, and it has two SIM card slots. An IR blaster is included, as is on the other two phones, and the same goes for a multi-functional NFC chip.
Stereo speakers are a part of the package, as is Android 10 with MIUI 11
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite does include stereo speakers, and it has Hi-Res Audio certification. A Z-axis linear vibration motor is also included. Android 10 comes pre-installed, along with MIUI 11.
The phone measures 165.3 x 76.8 x 9mm, and it weighs 214.5 grams. This smartphone has been announced in three colors, Atlantic Blue, Pearl Gray, and Rose Gold Beach.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite will become available to pre-order soon. The phone’s 64GB and 128GB storage variants are priced at €279 and €329.
