Moto E7 Listing Reveals Full Specifications, Launch Imminent

Motorola is yet to officially announce the affordable Moto E7 smartphone. However, the device has been in the leaks for a while now. The Moto E7 listing is now spotted on a retail website revealing the design and specifications.

Since the Moto E7 Plus is already available in a few markets, the vanilla Moto E7 might soon make its debut. But as of now, there is no official confirmation from Motorola about the launch of this device. From the images, the Moto E7 seems to carry relatively thicker bezels all around the display.

Moto E7 Full Specifications

It sports a 6.2-inch waterdrop notch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. While there is no information about the processor, it will likely come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile platform. Since the Moto E7 Plus comes with the Snapdragon 460 processor, the Moto E7 might also feature a Snapdragon 4-series processor.

The base variant of the Moto E7 comes packed with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There will also be a MicroSD card slot for further expansion of storage on this device. As of now, there is no information about the existence of other storage options.

Comes with a dual-camera setup on the rear

It will be running on the last year’s Android 10 out of the box. Unlike many other budget smartphones, Motorola smartphones will offer close to stock Android experience with no bloatware apps. While this is true for the unlocked variants, the carrier-locked phones might have bloatware installed.

The device comes packed with a 3,550mAh battery. It is rated to give up to 17 hours of talk time and lasts up to 17 hours on standby. Furthermore, the company is still sticking with the MicroUSB port for charging. Speaking of the cameras, the device sports a dual-camera setup on the back.

It sports a 13MP primary camera, a 2MP depth camera, and an LED flash. For selfies, the Moto E7 comes equipped with a 5MP front-facing camera. The Moto dimple on the rear also comes embedded with a fingerprint scanner. Both the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge of the device.

Interestingly, there is no dedicated button for triggering Google Assistant. Even the recently launched Moto E7 Plus came with a Google Assistant button. The previous leaks revealed the Moto E7 to cost CAD 189 (approx. $143) in Canada. Stay tuned for the official launch announcement to know the exact pricing of this device.
