It seems like all Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphones will feature uniform bezels. This information comes from Ice Universe, a well-known tipster, as he shared it via Twitter.

The tipster says that the Galaxy S21 (S30) series is “designed with four sides of equal width”. In addition to that, he also confirmed that only the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have a curved display. The S20 and S21+ will feature flat panels, it seems.

All Galaxy S21 smartphones will offer uniform bezels, but not curved displays

All three Samsung Galaxy S20 handsets offered curved displays. The curvature on those panels was not the same, but all displays were curved. Well, Samsung is planning to go a different route next year.

As a reminder, the Galaxy S21 series is expected to arrive in January next year. Several sources confirmed that the devices will launch sooner than expected, six weeks sooner, to be exact.

Samsung usually announces its new Galaxy S flagships towards the end of February. For some reason, the company decided to move up the launch, perhaps to trump the competition.

The company is, once again, expected to announce three smartphones as part of this lineup. The Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra will probably arrive, following the same setup from the Galaxy S20 series.

Both Snapdragon & Exynos SoCs will be used

Samsung will once again use both Snapdragon and Exynos flagship SoCs, and chances are that all three phones will be made out of metal and glass. The design won’t change too much compared to the Galaxy S20 series, it seems. All three devices are expected to include a centered display camera hole.

Wireless charging will be supported on all three phones, while all three devices will be IP certified as well. We’re also expecting to see 120Hz OLED displays on all phones, along with Android 11.

The Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra already surfaced in CAD-based renders, and more information will follow in the coming weeks / months.
