A new leak shared almost all Galaxy S21 and S21+ secrets, there’s nothing left to hide

This information comes from WinFuture, a source that shared the most information regarding the Galaxy S21 series thus far. The source revealed detailed Galaxy S21 and S21+ specifications this time around, along with a ton of renders, pricing info, and more.

Let’s start with the specs, shall we. First and foremost, do note that these are European variants of the two smartphones, so they’re fueled by the Exynos 2100 SoC. Android 11 will come pre-installed on both phones, along with One UI 3.1. The two devices do have a lot in common, as you might have guessed.

That being said, we’ll first talk about what specs are the same. Both phones include 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Those two variants will be available in Europe, it seems.

They will feature the very same camera setups

The camera setups are also the same. Three cameras will be placed on the back of both devices. A 12-megapixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture, 79-degree FoV, 26mm lens, 1.8um pixel size, OIS), 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera (f/2.2 aperture, 120-degree FoV, 1.4um pixel size), and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera (f/2.0 aperture, 76-degree FoV, 28mm lens, 0.8um pixel size, OIS). 3x hybrid optical zoom will be available.

A 10-megapixel front-facing camera will also be a part of the package. You can also expect to get Bluetooth 5.0, and an NFC chip. Both devices will also be IP68 certified, and support fast charging, both wired and wireless, plus Wireless PowerShare. Stereo speakers will be included on both devices.

The Galaxy S21 will include include a smaller display, but the tech is the same

Now, in terms of what’s different. The Galaxy S21 will feature a 6.2-inch fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. That display will offer a 120Hz refresh rate, and be protected by the Gorilla Glass 7. We’re looking at 421ppi here.

The Galaxy S21+, on the other hand, will include a 6.7-inch fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The refresh rate and Gorilla Glass protection will be the same as on the Galaxy S21.

The smaller S21 unit will sport a 4,000mAh battery, while the ‘Plus’ model will ship with a 4,800mAh unit. The Galaxy S21 will measure 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9mm, and weigh 171 grams. The ‘Plus’ handset is expected to measure 161.4 x 75.6 x 7.8mm, and weigh 202 grams.

Both devices will be available in several color options. For the Galaxy S21 Gray, White, Pink, and Purple models are expected. For the Galaxy S21+, you’ll be able to choose between Silver, Black, and Purple variants.

Pricing starts at €849

The Samsung Galaxy S21 5G will likely cost €849 in Germany (base model), notes the source. For the Galaxy S21+, we’re looking at a price tag of €1,049.
