With this in mind, users can create a serene and soothing atmosphere and lose themselves in their music.
Both the SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 will deliver an immersive listening experience
When it comes to reading, cooking, working, or just listening to music both the RA5000 and RA3000 can easily handle the job. Both speakers deliver high-quality premium 2-channel audio that will work in any home. Both speakers’ ambient-room filling sound is based on Immersive Audio Enhancement and 360 Reality Audio Technologies.
As a result, both the RA5000 and RA3000 will be able to fill your home with relaxing sound both vertically and horizontally. This will allow the speakers to create a broad and wide sweet spot. With 360 Reality Audio, the speakers can enjoy compatible 360 Reality audio tracks through compatible music streaming services.
They will also be able to incorporate three-dimensional sound location data. As a result, they will be able to deliver the ultimate all-encompassing sound experience. The Immersive Audio Enhancement which is a unique algorithm from Sony transforms any of a user’s favorite 2-channel stereo tracks into a room-filling sound.
Of course, there are some differences between the RA5000 and RA3000. Firstly, RA5000 is Hi-Res Audio certified. This gives it superior sound quality by utilizing High-Audio Audio playback. It also features a trio of up-firing speakers that spread music vertically. The three middle speakers spread sound horizontally.
The RA5000 also has high-magnetism neodymium magnets and a mica reinforced cellular diaphragm. What does this mean? It means the speaker has strength and a compact size. In addition, there is a subwoofer which helps to flood the room with rich, deep bass.
By using a full range of speakers the RA3000 archives omnidirectional sound with deep bass. Also, it offers up an Omni-diffuser that spreads sound throughout the user’s room of choice in every direction. In addition, there is a dual passive radiator to produce deep bass.
These new speakers are feature-packed
Other features both speakers support is Sound Calibration to offer optimal sound performance anywhere. And for users tired of struggling to create a consistent volume, both speakers have an Auto Volume feature. The speakers adjust to the sound, track-by-track.
Of course, both the SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 are compatible with Google Assistant-enabled devices with Chromecast built-in and Amazon Alexa enabled devices. This will give users the freedom to control their music with either voice assistant to play/pause music, adjust volume, and more.
The “Sony Music Centre” app allows customers to customize various settings to create a personal listening experience.
Of course, no Sony product would be complete without compatibility with other Sony products. In this scenario, both the RA5000 and RA3000 are compatible with BRAVIA TVs. This allows the speakers to take your viewing experience to the next level.
The two speakers also feature Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Wi-Fi, compatible with Spotify Connect, and have Chromecast built-in for easy pairing to smartphones.
Both of these unique speakers feature premium designs and great sound. Both will be available in February this year in the black with contrasting copper highlights. However, the RA3000 will also have a light grey fabric body with silver accents option.
The SRS-RA5000 will cost £500/€599 when it is available. Whereas the SRS-RA3000 will cost £280/€359.
