Ulefone has officially launched its Armor 11 5G smartphone, the one the company teased recently. One of the main features of this rugged handset is the ‘Night Vision’ camera that the company is heavily advertising.
This is the first rugged smartphone from the company to offer a separate night vision camera. Speaking of which, the device packs in four cameras on its back, and one on the front.

A 48-megapixel camera (Sony’s IMX582 sensor) is the phone’s main sensor. In addition to that, the company has included a 20-megapixel night vision camera on the back. A 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera is also included, along with a 2-megapixel macro camera.
A 16-megapixel selfie camera sits on the phone’s front side. The MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC fuels this smartphone, and it enables 5G functionality. The Armor 11 5G also sports 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
A 5,200mAh battery sits inside of this smartphone, and the device supports 10W wireless charging. It also supports 18W wired charging. Android 10 comes out of the box here, while Android 11 is promised to come with an update at some point this year.
The Ulefone Armor 11 5G features a 6.1-inch display (1560 x 720) with a waterdrop notch. The phone does support facial scanning, while it also comes with a fingerprint scanner.
This handset is quite tough
The device is IP68/IP69K certified for water and dust resistance. It also comes with MIL-STD-810G certification, which means it can take a hit.
The phone does offer two SIM card slots (2x nano SIM). The device measures 163.8 x 81.6 x 14.2mm, and it weighs 295 grams. The Armor 11 5G comes in one color only, for the time being, it’s available in a black variant.
The device does look quite sturdy, and its back side is flat. The display is also flat, and most of its physical buttons are on the right. There is one on the left, though, and it’s possibly a customizable one.
