This Galaxy S22 Ultra Concept Design Looks Unrealistic, But Very Cool

While most smartphone concept designs try to look as accurate as possible these days, that’s not the case with this Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra design. This design has been shared by 4RMD on YouTube, and it looks… different.

This design basically looks off on purpose. The designer tried to create something unique and futuristic, and it did a great job at that. The most interesting part of this concept design is its back, for sure.

This Galaxy S22 Ultra concept is different, it includes a rear-facing display, and a huge strip on the back

You’ll notice a huge vertical strip on the back, which does protrude. On it, the designer included four camera sensors, a secondary display, Samsung’s branding, and an LED light. Holding that phone would be an interesting experience, that’s for sure.

The secondary display on the back is narrow, and tall. The back of the phone is mostly flat, while we presume that the phone was envisioned as a combination of metal and glass, when it comes to build materials.

It’s interesting that the designer opted to include all physical buttons on the left, and not the right. You’ll also notice that the phone has almost no bezels, and that its display is flat. There’s also no display camera hole here, or a notch. The designer envisioned an under-display camera for the device.

The designer envisioned a 4K AMOLED display with 240Hz refresh rate

4RMD also showed some specs in this video, made up specs, of course. This concept phone boasts a 6.9-inch 4K AMOLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate. The secondary display is always on, by the way.

108, 16, 12, and 5-megapixel rear-facing cameras are mentioned. A periscope camera is a part of the package. A 40-megapixel camera sits under the display on this imaginary smartphone.

Samsung’s Exynos SoC with AMD GPU is mentioned, along with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. A 6,000mAh battery is also a part of the package here, along with 65W fast wired charging.

Check out the video below for more information, and to take a closer look at the phone. This device is highly unrealistic, but also kind of cool.
