Based on this video, it’s obvious that OnePlus will market this device towards younger users. This video also reveals that the ‘CE’ part of its name does stand for ‘Core Edition’, as rumored. Let’s see what spec info was mentioned in this video, shall we.
The video confirms that the phone will support Warp Charge 30T Plus. In other words, you’ll be able to utilize 30W fast wired charging on the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Wireless charging likely won’t be supported.
A headphone jack is also confirmed here, as is the Snapdragon 750G SoC. OnePlus does mention a 64-megapixel triple camera setup. That, of course, means that the main camera will be 64 megapixels, while it remains to be seen for the other two.
The phone will be only 7.9mm thick, and feature a 90Hz display
The phone will be only 7.9mm thick, and will support the company’s Always On Display feature. Towards the end of the video, a 90Hz display is also supported, and the same goes for a 4,500mAh battery.
All in all, it seems like rumors were spot on. Now, in addition to the video we talked about, Evan Blass also shared a lot of images. You can check out all of those pictures in the gallery provided below.
You’ll get to see various renders and lifestyle images of the device in the process. The design is exactly what you’d expect. Vertically aligned cameras are included on the back, along with OnePlus’ logo. A display camera hole sits on the front, and so on. These images do show a number of color options as well. This handset is expected to launch tomorrow.
