Galaxy M21 2021 Will Land On July 21; Design & Some Specs Confirmed

The Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 will arrive on July 21, it has been confirmed. This will be a follow-up to the Galaxy M21 which arrived back in March 2020. This new model will be called the Galaxy M21 2021 Edition.

The Galaxy M21 2021 Edition is coming in July as a rebranded Galaxy M21

All of this information was revealed by an Amazon poster (shown below). This handset will land in India on the said date, and you may know it by its rumored name, the Galaxy M21 Prime Edition. That won’t be the name Samsung will use, though, after all.

If you take a look at the image above, you’ll see the design of this phone as well. The device will include a dewdrop display notch and a flat display. Three cameras will sit on the back, it seems along with an LED flash.

We’re not sure what will it be made out of, based on the provided image, but Samsung will probably use plastic. We also don’t see the bottom bezel here, but chances are it will be thicker than the rest of them.

A beefy battery pack will be included in the package

The aforementioned poster also shares some specs of this handset. The phone will include a beefy 6,000mAh battery, which is one of the main selling points of the Galaxy M series.

In addition to that, a 48-megapixel main camera will sit on the back. We don’t have any information about the rest of the phone’s cameras, though. The last spec detail that this image revealed has to do with the display.

The Galaxy M21 2021 will feature a 6.4-inch fullHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. A rear-facing fingerprint scanner will also be included on this smartphone.

Now, we also know that the phone will come in Charcoal Black and Arctic Blue colors. That was not mentioned in the poster, but both colors did end up being shown on it.

This handset will likely ship with the Exynos 9611 SoC, and 15W charging. This is allegedly just a rebranded Galaxy M21 handset, so such specs make sense, but we’ll see.
