The OnePlus 11R design has been officially confirmed, and the same goes for the phone’s SoC. Before we get into it, do note that this phone will also be known as the OnePlus Ace 2, depending on the market.
The OnePlus 11R design gets revealed both officially and unofficially
That being said, you can check out the image OnePlus shared below. The company shared this in China, where it confirmed that the device will launch on February 7. That is the same day the global variant of the OnePlus 11 will launch.
As you can see, two color variants of the phone are shown in this image. This phone basically looks like the OnePlus 11 from the back, but without the Hasselblad branding on the rear camera island.
You can clearly see three cameras will be included on the back, along with an LED flash. The phone’s back side will be slightly curved towards the sides, and the alert slider will be a part of the offering.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will fuel this smartphone, that’s also something OnePlus confirmed. That’s not all, though. Several other sources shared more images of the device, giving us an even better look at it.
Plenty more images surfaced
Ice Universe, a well-known tipster, shared one image of the phone, while Abhishek Yadav, another tipster, shared three new images. These seem to be official renders too, by the way. You can check out all those renders in the gallery below.
The OnePlus 11R 5G will be this phone’s official name in India. In China, however, the device will be called the OnePlus Ace 2. In addition to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, this phone is expected to include a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone will also include up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 flash storage. A 50-megapixel main camera is expected, along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide unit. A 2-megapixel (most likely for depth perception) camera will also sit on the back. 100W charging is also expected on this phone, and the same goes for a 5,000mAh battery.
UPDATE: a lot more images appeared as the device is now apparently available to pre-order in China. You can check out more images below.
