OnePlus just released its OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro, and they are some pretty good earbuds. Well, OnePlus fans are looking forward to the next premium earbuds from the company. Thanks to Smartprix, here are the rumored specs for the OnePlus Buds Pro 3.
OnePlus’ Nord Buds 3 Pro are the latest earbuds from the company, and they have some great audio for their price. Coming in at only $79.99, these are some of the more affordable premium earbuds on the market. They have ANC, some really good audio quality, great battery life, and a unique design. If you’re looking for a good pair of earbuds for a great price, then you should give these a look.
Here are the specs of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3
Since these are the Pro variant of the earbuds, you should expect some top-tier specs from them. Starting off with the design, we see that the design of the case is the pebble shape that we got with the Nord Buds. However, while the Nord Buds’ case is made from plastic, it looks like the OnePlus Buds Pro 3’s case will come with a leather design (Midnight Opus). It might be a soft-touch material to give it a more luxurious feeling. There’s also a more traditional white case (Lunar Radiance) that looks to be made from plastic.
As for the design of the buds themselves, they’ll look a bit similar to the Nord Buds with a more rounded design. Both the darker and lighter colors look to be made from a glossy plastic to make them look silver. There’s also a sharp slant where the stem meets the head of the earbuds.
We see what looks like the touchpad on the back of the stems. They’re a little bit lower than what we see with the Nord Buds.
Specs
Moving onto the specs, the case’s dimensions are 6.5 x 5.2 x 2.6 cm, and it could weigh 61 grams.
As for the earbuds, they gave a dual-driver setup. There’s a 6mm tweeter accompanied by an 11mm woofer, and they each have their own DAC. This will lead to better audio, as both of the drivers specialize in a particular part of the frequency spectrum.
Adding to the audio quality is the codec. The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 support LHDC 5.0. This is a high-quality codec that allows for audio quality up to 24-bit/192kHz. That gives you some top-of-the-line audio.
These will have ANC, of course, and the report states that they will be able to cancel up to 50dB of noise. That’s an improvement over the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
Other specs include multipoint connectivity, up to 43 hours of battery life, IP55 water and dust resistance, and Bluetooth 5.4. These are expected to launch at ₹12,000, (~$143) when they officially launch.
