Samsung could kick off One UI 7 rollout to older devices on April 18

Last month, Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 series with the stable Android 15-based One UI 7 skin. Unfortunately, that’s the only Galaxy smartphone series to feature Samsung’s latest software. Worry not, we may finally have the rollout dates of stable One UI 7 for older Galaxy smartphones. Samsung will allegedly roll out stable One UI 7 to older devices on April 18.

A new leak details the rollout dates of the One UI 7 update for older Galaxy smartphones

Well, there’s no denying that Samsung has made its users wait a long time for One UI 7. The company recently pushed One UI 7 beta 5 to the Galaxy S24 devices. However, given the frustrating delay, everyone expected the One UI 7 rollout date to slip through the cracks. Guess what? That seems to have finally happened.

According to a Reddit post by user @Chewe_dev, Samsung will begin the rollout of the stable One UI 7 update on April 18. Apparently, the full One UI 7 rollout schedule has leaked, courtesy of an infographic shared by Samsung in an online workshop, which the user claims to have attended.

2024 phones

Per the infographic, the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be the first batch of Galaxy smartphones to receive the stable One UI 7 update on April 18.

2023/2022 phones

The Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Fold 5 will receive the same update on April 25. Samsung will allegedly roll out the stable One UI 7 update to the Galaxy S23 FE on May 16. That’s also when the update will reach the Galaxy S22 series, the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Z Flip 4.

The Galaxy A34, Galaxy A33, and Galaxy A53 will also receive the Android 15-based stable One UI 7 update on May 16. The last batch of devices to receive the next big update on May 23 are the Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and Galaxy Z Fold 3. All that said, it’s important to note that Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed or announced these rollout dates.
