The ASUS ZenFone 3 sports a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, along with 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of expandable internal storage. The device is fueled by the Snapdragon 625 64-bit octa-core SoC, and sports a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera. The non-removable 3,000mAh battery is also a part of this package, and the phone comes with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with ASUS’ ZenUI 3.0, as do the other ZenFone 3 devices. The ZenFone 3 Ultra features a 6.8-inch fullHD panel, 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB / 128GB of native storage. The device comes with a 4,600mAh battery, and a 23-megapixel rear-facing snapper.

The ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe is the most expensive handset out of the bunch, and it features a 5.7-inch 1080p display, 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB / 256GB of internal storage. The device is fueled by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC, and a 23-megapixel camera can be found on its back. The 3,000mAh battery is also a part of this package, and has a 79% screen-to-body ratio.
