A re you familiar with the Notion Adam Ink? It’s also known as “The Adam Tablet.” This is a 10.1 inch tablet made by Notion Ink. It encompasses a Tegra 2 processor that also includes USB ports as well as a SIM card slot. This tablet is set to be submitted to the FCC this November and as long as there aren’t any hick-ups it is reported to debut at CES 2011.

- LCD version – WiFi only $399, 3G version $449
- Pixel QI version – WiFi only $449, 3G version $498
A neat feature that Notion Ink has pointed out to me is that they are incorporating their own User Interface but is will sit on top of Android. Meaning all of the Android Apps will work on this tablet. Sort of like an HTC Sense approach. There isn’t any word yet as to the OS they will be running on, but since Gingerbread isn’t out yet we can assume it will be built in with Froyo (Android 2.2). This is the best Android competitor that I’ve seen. I will definitely be picking one of these up as soon as they are available. This will definitely be an iPad competitor.
