Featured: T-Mobile to Get Galaxy Note August 8? Better Late Than Never?

If there’s one thing that the carriers in the states need to be successful it’s – obviously – phones, good phones, and a number of them. T-Mobile for a long time has been suffering in this department sure, they have the MyTouch line from HTC but, that can only take you so far. They did get the One S however, they charged the same price that AT&T were charging for the One X, making the One S on T-Mobile a hard sell, indeed.

It’s been rumored for some time now that T-Mobile will be getting Samsung’s gigantic Galaxy Note however, it’s been more than a long time coming. We’ve seen T-Mobile branded versions of the phone out in the wild and yet we’ve still had no official word from the carrier themselves. Now, it’s said that T-Mobile won’t be getting the phone until August 8, this is according to TmoNews and if it’s true I wonder whether or not it’ll be a success for the carrier. AT&T have long had their own version of the Galaxy Note – almost eight months now, in fact – as such I think those that were really longing for a Note already have theirs. Having said that I suppose getting a great phone like the Note is better than not getting it at all but, I beg the question whether or not this late is better than never.
