If you happen to own a Motorola Razr smartphone, then you must be waiting for the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update to arrive on your device. Well, the long wait is over now and Motorola has begun pushing out the ICS update to its Razr smartphone starting today. The update is available for all the International users of the Razr and you will find the update alert on your phone as soon as you trigger it to check for new software updates.
The update was delayed a bit due to the problems with T-Mobile as it wanted to make some modifications in the ROM so it can provide its own-unique style to the users. However, since the Motorola is now a part of Google, the modification request was refused. It seems the T-Mobile is happy now and allowed the update to be rolled out to the devices.
If you want to keep your smartphone up to date with the latest firmware version, just hit the Update Software option in your phone.
