We first talked about the so called Odin device from Sony a few days ago and it’s definitely shaping up to be an impressive phone. Considering its name, there is a possibility the phone will be out fall of 2013 which just so happens to coincide with the release of the new Thor Movie. Anyways, the Xperia C650X now has some specs and while this is a rumor, Sony could really knock it out of the park with this device if all checks out.
- 5-inch 1080p display
- Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor
- 2GB RAM
- Sony Mobile Bravia Engine
That’s not all though. Sony is also rumored to be working on a 6 inch phone that will be equally impressive and also come with a 1080p display. As far as the screen Sony will be using, this does make one wonder if this will be the same screen that Sharp was said to be working on. If it is, we’re talking 443 ppi compared to the iPhone’s 326 ppi.
Although the idea of a 6 inch phone sounds a bit excessive, keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 clocks in at 5.5 inches. Adding another half inch to that isn’t too much of a difference. In order to keep a charge, Sony will need to make sure to pack in an equally as impressive battery.
