Google Play Store Carrier Billing for Verizon Customers Starts Today, Charge Away!

Google Play introduced carrier billing some time ago, and all other carriers were on board, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T. Now Verizon has finally decided to bring it to their devices. We first brought you this news a few weeks ago, and it’s now live and available for you to run your Verizon bill up even higher.

The biggest reason why this is helpful, is many folks don’t want to put their credit card information on their Google account. Which is understandable. And now it’s completely avoidable. Between buying Google Play Credit, and carrier billing, you’ll never have to add your credit card to your account. But warning, you may want to put a PIN onto your Google Play app to keep other people from charging to your account. You are also limited to charging $25/month to your Verizon bill, as well as other carriers.

Any Verizon customers out there planning on taking  advantage of this carrier billing? Sound off in the comments.
