Poster Winner's Designs are Turned into Awesome Nexus 7 Cases

You may recall that back in April, our friends at Android Police ran a contest to see what lucky reader would win a set of Andrew Bell’s “propaganda posters.”  These posters were originally sold exclusively through Dead Zebra, Inc. for $15 a pop; prompting the contest and subsequent giveaway.  While all of this was going on, it seems like another company was keeping a close eye on these four posters and decided to take two of them – “Design Develop Deploy” and “Code For Victory” and did a little “developing” themselves.  Out of this collaboration, Cruzerlite decided to use the poster design and turned them into Nexus 7 (2013) cases.

The design harkens back to the ’30’s through the ’50’s when there were sandwich boards and movie posters galore; and mixes the old with the new to help celebrate Android’s victory in the marketplace -quite a clever idea and now preserved in a Nexus 7 case for you to proudly display your love of Android.  It is nice to see the old coupled with the new and was a brilliant idea from Mr. Bell.  We did an earlier article on the Ten Best Nexus 7 Cases and I would bet if we redid the article, these may make the cut.

The cases are part of Cruzerlite’s Premium line of slim cases and they give the following details:
