AT&T Announces pricing on the LG G Watch R

This morning, in addition to the pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, AT&T also announcing pricing for the LG G Watch R. Now we actually have a review unit here of the LG G Watch R and we are putting it through it’s paces. So far it’s a pretty decent smartwatch and has pretty good battery life (can probably get around 30-35 hours out of the thing). We’ll have a review up as soon as we can though.

AT&T is slated to sell the LG G Watch R for $299. Which is about $70 more than the original LG G Watch went up for earlier this year. It’s also about $50 more than the Moto 360 with the leather band. Which is a bit interesting. But it does have a Snapdragon 400 inside, while the Moto 360 has a TI OMAP Processor inside. If you’re looking for a round watch (trust me watch faces on the LG G Watch R and Moto 360 look amazing) this is a great one to have. Sure it’s a bit bulkier than the Moto 360, but still looks amazing compared to the LG G Watch and the Samsung Gear Live.

The LG G Watch R is due to launch on November 7th from AT&T, and that is this Friday. So you’ll be able to walk into an AT&T store on Friday and check out LG’s newest smartwatch and also pick one up if you so choose. This means we’ll probably see other carriers and retailers start selling the LG G Watch R on Friday as well. We do know that Google Play and Best Buy will be selling it. So we’ll keep everyone posted on that.

In the meantime, check out the gallery down below of the LG G Watch R, it’s definitely a nice looking watch. Let us know if you’re planning on buying one in the comments below.
