In the past year and a half, T-Mobile has really become competitive. Not just adding over a million subscribers each of the last 6 quarters, but also getting the latest and greatest smartphones. There was a time when almost all of the flagships would not hit the magenta carrier. But now they have just about every flagship there is out there, and an exclusive on the Xperia Z3. So that brings us to today’s topics. What are the best Android smartphones on T-Mobile? Well let’s have a look.
HTC One M8
The HTC One M8 has been out for a few months now, but it’s still one of the favorites on T-Mobile’s network. With it’s aluminum unibody, as well as 5-inch 1080p SuperLCD display, and a Snapdragon 801 processor, it’s definitely a great choice.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is another one that’s a big deal and super popular, not just on T-Mobile but also on other networks. The Galaxy Note 4 has a 5.7-inch 2560×1440 resolution AMOLED display, Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM. It’s a beast.
Samsung Galaxy S5
While the Galaxy S5 was an early 2014 favorite, it’s still a great choice for those that don’t want a larger smartphone like the Galaxy Note 4. It features a 5.1-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 and 2GB of RAM. It’s also available in both black and white from T-Mobile.
Samsung Galaxy Avant
The Galaxy Avant is more of a low end smartphone from T-Mobile, but it’s still a pretty decent one. We reviewed it not too long ago and found that it’s not completely terrible. But it’s also important to remember that this is a $250 phone, so it’s not going to be super amazing either.
LG G3
The LG G3 was one of my favorites this year. It’s a pretty spectacular device, with a 2560×1440 resolution display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and 3GB of RAM. It’s display is really nice, although it may not appeal to the AMOLED fans out there since it is an IPS panel.
Sony Xperia Z3
It’s definitely nice to see Sony at least trying here in the US, and with the Xperia Z3, we’ve got a great phone on T-Mobile. The Xperia Z3 has a 5.2-inch 1080p Display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM and a spectacular 20.7MP camera on the back.
ZTE ZMAX
The ZTE ZMAX is easily one of my favorite mid-range/$250 smartphones out there. It’s got a nice big screen, but also battery life that will last for days. For those that are fans of stock Android, you’ll love this smartphone from ZTE.
LG Optimus F3Q
For those still clamoring for a smartphone with a full physical QWERTY keyboard, then your choices are slim, and the LG Optimus F3Q is really you’re only choice. It’s not a completely terrible phone either. It’s just a bit small compared to others on the market.
Google Nexus 6
This is the one that everyone wants, right? Well the Nexus 6 is going to be available at T-Mobile as well as Google Play. It has a 5.96-inch Quad HD AMOLED Display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
