Glory 6 Plus To Come Pre-Installed With Huawei's Very Own NFC Payment Solution

Huawei’s upcoming Glory 6 Plus handset rumors have been all over the place in the last couple of weeks. We’ve seen tons of content when it comes to this device, including the official confirmation the device will launch on December 16th, which is about a week away. According to rumors, Glory 6 Plus will feature a ton of camera features, including some sort of 3D effect considering the device will sport 2 8-megapixel cameras on the back. The price will be rather high, if rumors are to be believed of course. Multiple sources claimed that the device will be priced at around 3,299 Yuan ($537), which is a high-end price, especially in China.

Anyhow, we have yet another leak to share with you. Considering how big these NFC payments are getting, Huawei seems ready to jump aboard the NFC train as well. An alleged Huawei payment screenshot leaked (check it out below the article) and according to the source, it was taken on a Glory 6 Plus handset. It seems like this device will ship with a separate application for NFC payments, it remains to be seen what sort of features will it include along with the range of payment options it will offer considering we don’t have any information about that at this point. We’ll let you know if we stumble upon more details regarding this in the coming days.

This handset was certified by TENAA a while back and according to that listing, the Glory 6 Plus will feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. This handset will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core processor (most probably Huawei’s Kirin 925) and will ship with two 8-megapixel cameras on the back of the device, as I’ve already mentioned, and the phone will allegedly ship with a ton of camera features pre-installed. Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat will ship with this device with Huawei’s Emotion UI 3.0 on top of it. The device will quite probably support 4G LTE connectivity (logically, although that wasn’t listed on TENAA) and will measure 150.46 — 75.68 — 7.5mm and weight 165 grams. December 16th is only a week away, we’ll know more about this device soon enough.
