Verizon Wireless Is Offering The Ellipsis Jetpack LTE HotSpot For $0.99 With A 2-Year Agreement

Verizon Wireless has a new mobile hot spot available for customers who have the need to give internet access to any of their other WiFi capable devices like laptops, tablets or anything else that requires a data connection, as they’re now offering the Ellipsis Jetpack Hot Spot for wireless internet sharing. The Ellipsis Jetpack is compatible with Verizon’s 4G LTE network so this makes it great for sharing internet with your other devices at Verizon’s fast speeds, and could also serve as a nifty utility for those that don’t have or care to add the internet sharing package to their already existing data plan for their smartphones.

The Ellipsis Jetpack allows users to connect up to eight WiFi enabled devices, and like all or most of their other hot spots that have been offered in the past it’s pocket friendly so you should have no trouble storing it in a bag or purse, or even carrying it in your pocket. The Ellipsis Jetpack supports LTE bands 4 and 13 for those who cared to know, and it carries a battery capacity of 2100mAh with a touted battery life of up to 10 hours before you’ll need to plug it in and give it a charge.

There is a tiny OLED screen on the front so you can keep tabs on the connection and the battery life at a glance with the battery icon. They have also included a handy little LED indicator light so you won’t have to wake the display just to know if it’s turned on and needlessly waste battery life. This thing only weighs about 2.9oz, which is about the same weight as a pair of SmartWool socks. That should tell you it won’t be too uncomfortable if you stuff it in your pocket and also won’t add much extra weight if you’re carrying it on a trip with plenty of other gadgets and things you need. As we stated above  Verizon is now selling the Ellipsis Jetpack on a 2-Year contract for $0.99, or you can forego the agreement and just buy it outright for $149.99 and attach a compatible plan. Does this thing interest anyone?
