Motorola has been offering quite a few deals of late. In the U.S. at the end of May/start of June, Motorola announced they were reducing the cost of their popular smartwatch, the Moto 360 down by $100. Meaning, anyone interesting could pick one up, for as low as $149.99. This was then followed by the recent announcement from Motorola, that like other retailers, they were also reducing the cost of the Nexus 6 down to $499 and $549 (dependent on storage variant chosen). This was followed even more recently by the news that they were reducing the cost of the Moto X (2015) down to $299.99. Although, this last deal was after a rebate. Either way, Motorola have definitely been in the sale mode. In the U.S. that is.
Well, it looks like the UK branch are also going to be getting some good deals soon as Motorola have also confirmed they are reducing some of their devices in the UK too. The two big headlines acts from Motorola’s Summer Sale will be the Moto X and the Nexus 6. In terms of the former, the Moto X (2nd Gen) will be available in the UK for only £229 for the standard 16GB version and forty pounds extra (£269) for the 32GB version. This is essentially a saving of around £160 on either model. Likewise, the Nexus 6 will see its price drop down to only £399 for the standard 32GB version while the larger 64GB storage model will be available for £469.
If these prices sound like something you will be interested in, then the Summer Sale is set to start on June 17th and will run through until the end of the month (June 30th). So this will be a fortnight sale for those interested. Although, as per anything like this, it is probably a while stocks remain type deal and therefore, you might be better off buying sooner rather than later.
