Fairy Rush: Race To Candyland is a casual game, meaning you can pick it up and play just about whenever you like and there’s no sense of feeling where you have to play it for a specific amount of time before putting it down. Gameplay wise this is an endless runner with a cutesy fairy fantasy land theme that is sure to perfect for little kids, or anyone who like endless runners and cute stuff. Just because it’s casual doesn’t mean it’s going to be super simple though, you’ll definitely have to practice a bit if you’re wanting to rank high on the leaderboards.

Gameplay starts out somewhat easy and learning the controls is no challenging task as the game guides you through the first minute or so to teach you when to use what controls and how. Controls are a series of gestures, so just swiping left and right, or up and down.

As you collect more stars and cupcakes, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock additional playable characters as well as additional trails to run on. You can also unlock skins for your characters to give them a different look.
Each character has their own skill they can use as well, and at certain points you’ll be able to double tap the screen to activate it. There are also boosters you can collect which enhance your gameplay like invincibility, a skill booster, and a star magnet.
As endless runners go, Fairy Rush follows the formula pretty well and is not a bad game at all. There’s quite a few different elements to it which should make it enjoyable for most people who give it a shot. The unlockables and high score leaderboards should also keep players busy and give them something to work towards. Those who enjoy playing with others online will also appreciate the ability for a Facebook login which allows you to play with other people globally.
