Send Hundreds Of Disney Related GIFs Via Disney's New App

Love them or hate them, GIF images are here to stay and are becoming more widely compatible with various different forms of communication, like messaging apps. Disney is tapping into this by launching a brand new app dedicated to delivering GIFs of some of the very best Disney moments like scenes from your favorite movies and more. The new app is simply named Disney GIF and as users might expect, the app is literally all about GIFs. Those who have a fond love for the animated images and Disney’s family friendly animated films may want to check out what Disney GIF has to offer.

There are multiple tabs inside of the app to browse through like featured and recents tabs, which as the names suggest will display featured GIFs the app wants to show off as well as GIFs you’ve recently interacted with yourself. There is also a tab called emotions where everything is categorized off into different emotions so if you’re looking for a specific type of GIF that tab should make it easier to find it. The “explore” tab lets you browse GIFs based on the brand, including GIFs of Disney films, MARVEL, Star Wars, Disney PIXAR, and ABC. The last tab is basically your portal to the app’s in-app purchases where you can optionally buy animated emoji packs from either the ‘Tangled’ or ‘Frozen’ films.

Once you’ve found a GIF that you want to send out, there are two ways to do so. With the Share button which basically lets you insert the GIF into any of the apps which support the sharing functionality and this includes other messaging or communication apps, or with the Messenger button which shares it directly with Facebook’s Messenger app. Overall, it’s quaint little experience for anyone who likes GIF images and the Disney universe, including GIFs from popular Disney films like Aladdin, Frozen, The Lion King and more, as well as MARVEL content, popular shows from ABC like Fresh Off The Boat and Once Upon A Time. Disney states that other new and trending content will be added consistently too, so if there isn’t something already included that you’re hoping to find, there’s a chance it’ll be added in the future. The app is free to use and is live in the Play Store as of now.
