The Cobalt Solus 4G is yet another mid-ranger launched by iBall in India. This smartphone sports a 5-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage. The device is powered by a 1GHz quad-core SoC, and sports a 13-megapixel camera on its back. The 2,000mAh battery is also located on the inside, and Android 5.1 Lollipop comes out of the box. The device is priced at Rs. 11,999 ($183).
Vivo Announced Three New Mid-Rangers In India
Vivo, a China-based smartphone OEM, has unveiled Y15S, Y31 and Y27L devices in India. All of these devices sport 1GB of RAM, and are dual-SIM offerings by the company. The Y31 and Y27L ship with 4.7-inch 720p displays, while the Y15S comes with a 4.5-inch 854 x 480 panel. The Y27L is priced at Rs. 12,980 ($198), the Y15S will set you back Rs. 6,000 ($91), and the Y31’s price is still unknown.

The Google Play Music is landing in Japan, while the Newsstand paid content rolls out in Japan, Malaysia and Thailand. The Google Play Music is now available in 60 countries, and the paid Newsstand content in 24.

Xperia Z5 Series Gets Announced By NTT DoCoMo In Japan
NTT DoCoMo, a Japan-based carrier, has announced that all three Xperia Z5 devices will be landing on their network in the country. The Xperia Z5 will arrive first late this month, while Xperia Z5 Compact will follow in mid-November. The Xperia Z5 Premium will arrive in late November, in case you’re interested. All of these phones will include DoCoMo’s logo on them, and will be almost identical to the global variants. Pricing is still unknown, will be announced before the launch.
Sony Taiwan Has Announced Xperia Z5 Series Pricing In The Country
The Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact have launched in Taiwan yesterday, and Xperia Z5 Premium will arrive next month. The company has announced pricing of all of these devices. The Xperia Z5 costs NT$22,900 ($697), the Xperia Z5 Compact will set you back NT$18,900 ($575), and the Xperia Z5 Premium is priced at NT$25,900 ($788). The Xperia Z5 and Z5 Premium will ship with UCH10 Quick Charger free of charge, but Sony won’t bundle in their MDR-NC750 Hi-Res headset.
