LG G4 has been around for quite some time now. The G4 is actually LG’s flagship for 2015, even though they’ve released the even higher-end V10 phablet quite recently. Anyhow, the LG G4 has been announced back in April and it has been available all over the world for quite some time now. LG has unveiled the White Gold Edition of this smartphone in Korea earlier today, and we have some additional LG-related news to share with you now, read on.
This piece of news is actually US-related, as the title says. Those of you who have been looking to purchase the LG G4 in the US, and happen to be Sprint’s customers, you’re in luck. Sprint is now actually offering a $200 minimum buyback guarantee on a working smartphone in a solid condition. This applies if you’re activating a new line or upgrading to LG’s G4 handset via Sprint Lease or Easy Pay. Keep in mind that this offer is good through November 25th, so if you’re interested in getting the LG G4 from Sprint, it might be wise to get it as soon as possible. The LG G4 sports a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) Quantum IPS display along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card). This smartphone is fueled by the Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core SoC along with an Adreno 418 GPU for graphics. The 3,000mAh battery is available on the inside, and is removable, and Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with LG’s UX 4.0 UI available on top of it. The 16-megapixel shooter is located on the back of the phone along with both a dual-LED, dual tone flash, and a Laser Autofocus. The 8-megapixel snapper can be found up front, and the device is available in Leather Black and Metallic Gray variants from AT&T.
There you have it. LG G4 is, next to the V10, the latest and greatest this Korea-based smartphone OEM has to offer. The phone is over half a year old at this point, but it is still a great buy, especially if you intend to trade in another phone for it and grab some sort of discount.
