We’re about half way through the very busy press day that always comes before a major show like CES. Next up is Samsung, and we have a few ideas of what they are going to announce today, like this Smart Refrigerator with a touch screen in the door. But not all of the surprises are out of the bag. Rumors have been pegging that this would be the day that the Galaxy S7 is announced, by Samsung. While other rumors have debunked that, and stated it’s still set for next month in Barcelona, we shall find out shortly.
Samsung’s press conference is scheduled to go from 2 to 2:45pm PT. So it’ll be a pretty short press conference here. And they are live streaming it (who knows, maybe Michael Bay will return this year), which you can watch it down below. Samsung does make just about everything under the sun, so don’t be surprised if you see them announce some dish washers, TV’s, washing machines and other appliances as well. After Samsung we have Sony, and a few other press conferences to wrap up day zero at CES. The show officially kicks off tomorrow morning, bright and early. So stay tuned.
