Samsung Publishes first Video about the Galaxy S7 & S7 Edge

Samsung just announced the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge, and they look amazing. They will be going up for pre-order in just a few hours with them hitting store shelves on March 11th. Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are both great devices, and while they are still quite similar – design wise – to the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge from last year, Samsung did iterate in the right areas this year. Giving it a larger battery, making the Edge larger than the standard Galaxy S model, and refining the design a bit more.

Now, as we all know, Samsung is a marketing machine, when it comes to promoting their new devices and they’ve wasted no time in getting their advertising up and running for these new smartphones announced today in Barcelona, Spain. You can check out the latest ad spots embedded at the bottom of this post. Of course, Samsung will be releasing more of these over the next few months to help drum up some more sales for their devices.

In the video, Samsung introduces everyone to the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. It’s a rather short video, coming in just over 3 minutes. it goes over the design of the new smartphones from Samsung, talking about how we spend more time with our phones than ever before – which is completely true. As well as some other features of the two smartphones, including Qi Wireless charging and the Always-On Display. Not to mention the return of the microSD card slot in the Galaxy S7, and IP68 water-resistance. Samsung touts that the two devices feature 4GB of RAM, allowing your apps to stay open. As well as touting the larger battery capacities. With the Galaxy S7 coming in at 3000mAh and the Galaxy S7 Edge at 3600mAh. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. If you want to know everything that’s new in the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, but don’t have much time, this is the perfect video to check out.

Both devices are coming to all four carriers in the US – that’s Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile – as well as being available in many other countries. Definitely one of the most anticipated devices of 2016, as the Galaxy S range is pretty much every year.
