Haier Unveiled Four Mid-Range Smartphones At MWC 2016

Haier is one of many China-based companies, and this company is actually quite popular in Asia. We haven’t heard much from Haier lately, but the company is, like many other tech businesses, present at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. That being said, Haier has actually opted to release new smartphone during the show, they’ve introduced four new mid-range devices made out of metal, read on.

The company has introduced HaierPhone V6, V4, L60 and L56. The HaierPhone V6 is actually the most powerful one out of the bunch. This handset sports a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. The phone is fueled by MediaTek’s MT6750 64-bit octa-core SoC, and a 2,900mAh battery is available on the inside. The 13-megapixel shooter can be found on its back, and an 8-megapixel snapper is available up front. This device will actually ship with Android Marshmallow out of the box, and is priced at 349 Euros. The Haier V4, on the other hand, packs in a 5.5-inch fullHD display, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable native storage. The 13-megapixel snapper is placed on its back, and MediaTek’s 64-bit octa-core SoC fuels it, though the exact model hasn’t been mentioned. Android 5.1 Lollipop will come pre-installed on this phone, and a fingerprint scanner is available on its back. This device will be available in Gray, Gold, Silver and Rose Gold color variants, while it is priced at 279 Euros.

The HaierPhone L60 is fueled by MediaTek’s MT6735 64-bit quad-core processor, while it also packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage on the inside. This handset comes with a 5.2-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, and Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed on this phone as well. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the back of this device, and same can be said for the 13-megapixel camera as well. This handset comes in Gold, Pink and Silver color options, while it costs 246 Euros. The HaierPhone L56 is the last one on this list, this device packs in a 5.5-inch 720p panel, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. MediaTek’s MT6735 64-bit quad-core SoC fuels it, and Android 5.1 Lollipop comes out of the box. The 13-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of this phone, and the device weighs 122 grams, while it is 7.3mm thick.
