Cricket Service & Devices Are Now Available At Best Buy

When AT&T purchased Cricket Wireless it immediately opened up a huge set of new coverage areas for Cricket’s existing and future customers, expanding their service reach areas and allowing Cricket Wireless customers to get access to much faster data and networks speeds as well as better network reliability. Today Cricket Wireless has announced a plan to expand their service in another way by opening up distribution in Best Buy stores across the U.S., and offer both services and devices on the network. What’s more is that Cricket states that services and products will be available from today, giving Best Buy customers the opportunity to get their hands what the carrier has to offer immediately.

To kick things off, Cricket services and devices will begin with a selection of plans and a small selection of handsets over the next two weeks according to the company, and will expand the device lineup over the next two months to include more smartphone and device types, although Cricket hasn’t mentioned what the future devices added to the lineup would be. They have however given details about the devices that are already available which includes the ZTE Fanfare as well as the HTC Desire 625, both of which can be activated on the service with plans that start at $35 a month. Customers are also eligible to set up the $5 AutoPay, and they can choose to bring in their own device to activate on the service if it’s compatible with the network.

All available devices can either be purchased at a local Best Buy store location, or they can be purchased through Best Buy’s website, whichever customers prefer to utilize. Aside from the available plans and the two devices which are currently from Best Buy, setting up service through the electronics store will also afford customers other Cricket Wireless perks like the Cricket rewards, Deezer Music services, and unlimited voice calls as well as unlimited messaging to and from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico so long as customers choose to sign up for the $50 or $60 a month plans. With Cricket Wireless expanding their offerings to Best Buy, they will be opening up their reach to customers in 10,000 new locations across the country.
