QiKU is a company which announced three smartphones last year, including the Q Terra flagship which offered great design and high-end specs. Since the start, we knew that this company is backed by Qihoo 360, a China-based tech giant, and some people even expected Qihoo 360 to start releasing devices under its own brand. Well, that has started happening this year, and it seems like QiKU is a thing of the past. The company has introduced the 360 F4 and 360 F4 Pro devices quite recently, and it seems like their 360 N4 flagship will be introduced soon as well, read on.
The 360 N4 has been certified by TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC) not long ago, and the company has now released an official teaser which basically confirms the launch date of their new flagship. The device will be announced on May 9th at an event in China, and we do expect it to be quite affordable despite the fact it sports high-end specifications. Speaking of which, the 360 N4 will feature a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The device will be fueled by MediaTek’s Helio X20 64-bit deca-core processor, and a 3,000mAh battery has also been mentioned in TENAA’s listing. The 13-megapixel snapper will be placed on the back of this phone, and a 5-megapixel shooter will be available up front. You can expect this phone to come with two SIM card slots, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow will come pre-installed here with the company’s 360 UI on top of it. The phone will measure 149.09 x 75.79 x 8.47mm, and it will weight 161 grams.
If you take a look at the provided image above, you’ll get to see the design of this smartphone as well, courtesy of TENAA. The phone sports a rather industrial design, and it features a fingerprint scanner on the back. The scanner itself sports a red circle around it, and so does the rear-facing camera, while the logo is placed in the bottom portion of the phone’s back. The front side of the device offers a rather clean design, all you can see here is glass basically, though we still didn’t see the phone with a turned on display, so we can’t know how thick its bezels will be.
