T-Mobile To Carry New Samsung Galaxy J7 & LG K10 Soon

T-Mobile is said to be picking up two brand-new devices for their smartphone lineup soon, consisting of the new Samsung Galaxy J7 smartphone and the LG K10. Both of these devices have already been launched inside of South Korea which is the main HQ for both LG and Samsung. LG originally launched the K10, which is a mid-range smartphone, back on January 11th of this year, complete with a fairly affordable price tag of 200,000 won and some decent hardware specifications under the hood. When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy J7 from this year, Samsung officially launched the device in South Korea just recently for the price of 290,000 won also as a mid-range device.

Now both phones are rumored to be landing on T-Mobile as a new crop of mid-range offerings, and they’re apparently slated for a launch on the third-largest U.S. network starting this month, with a rumored date of May 18th according to leaked internal documents. At this point in time T-Mobile has not yet confirmed the launch of either phone on the network. The internal documents also state that merchandising will be available May 16th, so consumers may begin to see advertisements for the phones in local T-Mobile stores in the near future, which also suggests that T-mobile could officially announce the launches of both devices soon too.

With no official announcement from T-Mobile that means no official pricing details, and unfortunately, there are no rumored details about the cost of these devices either. In regards to the hardware, the LG K10 is equipped with a 5.3-inch HD display, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, 16GB of internal storage with expandable storage up to 32GB, a 2200mAh battery and features for the camera like gesture shot. As for the new Samsung Galaxy J7, the hardware seems a little bit better as it sports a 13MP rear-facing camera and 5MP front-facing camera and expandable storage that goes up to 128GB instead of just 32GB. Internal storage is listed as the same with 16GB of space, and it comes with 2GB of RAM. It’s also powered by Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and has a slightly larger 5.5-inch HD display using Samsung’s super AMOLED panel.
